Enough Tool
ENOUGH tool is a software for optimizing food quality, energy use and environmental impact of a food supply chain. The user selects a specific food product and defines a cold chain. The user can choose default settings or can define the settings of a specific cold chain to the lowest level of detail.
The software contains validated kinetic models that can predict how the quality and safety evolve along the cold chain as a function of temperature and duration.
About
The ENOUGH tool has been developed in the frame of the EU-H2020-project ENOUGH (European food chain supply to reduce GHG emissions by 2050).
