Only 3 steps

Select a product

Six main product categories have been considered: fruits, ready to eat meal, meat, fish, vegetable and milk products

Build the chain

Select every step, personalize them or just start with the reference chain for a first simulation

Enough Tool

ENOUGH tool is a software for optimizing food quality, energy use and environmental impact of a food supply chain. The user selects a specific food product and defines a cold chain. The user can choose default settings or can define the settings of a specific cold chain to the lowest level of detail.

The software contains validated kinetic models that can predict how the quality and safety evolve along the cold chain as a function of temperature and duration.

The ENOUGH tool has been developed in the frame of the EU-H2020-project ENOUGH (European food chain supply to reduce GHG emissions by 2050).

The development has been intially based on the Frisbee tool. This tool has been produced with the financial support of the European Union (grant agreement FP7/2007-2013 - Frisbee).

The results expressed by the use of this tool do by no means reflect the official opinion of the European Union or its representatives.
